They said they fixed where my vehicle was starting like it should now and it was not fixed still not starting right and they replaced a motor mount and my husband checked and there should have replaced 2 motor mounts and when I dropped it off I said something about a cv joint or ball joints and they just said it was a motor mount and it is a ball joint that needed replaced and never got replaced my husband also checked that also. So I am not happy with the results and probably will never take it back there .

The service department is amazing. Some of the policies from Hiday's to Freedom have changed per owners. The company cares less about customer satisfaction and loyalty and more about profit and procedures. Let's hope it gets straightened out soon.

Guys at freedom are working hard. It appears that freedom has come in and implemented new rules, but similar to what Heidi has done for the last 50 years. I’m sure there are always things to ever come on a buyout or take over. I feel confident bringing my vehicles to that location.

I scheduled an oil change for 2pm and arrived slightly before and waited onsite for the service to be completed. I was surprised to find that an oil change takes at least an hour at this dealership.

I was very pleased when Marion told me they found the nail in my tire and that it only cost me $21 to fix!!

Fast efficient service

I ordered new Chevy floor mats for our new 2025 Equinox Activ. I used some Chevy rewards points for the purchase. They advised me when I came to pull into the service bay and they would process everything for me. Barry even installed them for me. Always GREAT service there!! Would recommend Freedom Chevrolet to anyone! Always treated like family.

I just want to state that over all I really enjoy Freedom Chevrolet as a whole, with that being said, as a customer who reads through and analyzes the paperwork from the service department, when I ask for my brakes to be changed because they are making a squealing or slight grinding noise I actually want that done. I received a follow up phone call stating the technician didn't see a problem with the life left on the brake pads and that the service wasn't needed. I allowed it because I am a busy individual but I am still dealing with noisy brakes.. Not everyone is clueless when it comes to their vehicle and they shouldn't be treated as such. The technician also forgot to change out my service sticker in the windshield which is a minor inconvenience and is being made right by my awesome salesman, Austin Brown. This review will not effect my business with Freedom Chevrolet going forward, but these are things I feel need addressed.
